Southcoast Health is seeking a Pharmacist- Oncology at Charlton Memorial Hospital in Fall River, MA. 40 hours per week, day shift with On Call rotation across Southcoast oncology facilities. Will support outpatient chemotherapy dispensing and clinical review for hematology/oncology patients.

Requires a PharmD/BS in Pharmacy and MA pharmacist license, with USP 797/800 experience. Oncology board certification preferred; vaccinate against influenza and COVID-19 or seek exemptions with signed

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy required.
• Massachusetts Pharmacist license required.
• Oncology pharmacy experience preferred.
• New graduates may be considered.

Responsabilités

• Dispense outpatient chemotherapy and provide clinical review.
• Serve as resource for nurses and physicians in oncology care.
• Support clinical trials and supervise assigned personnel.
• Communicate with patients and health professionals to optimize therapy.
