Responsibilities

• Ensure clinical delivery compliant with ICH–GCP and protocol.
• Meet recruitment targets and implement recruitment strategies.
• Develop and monitor project risk mitigation plans.
• Oversee clinical quality and compliance.
• Manage project finances including EAC and changes.
• Identify and manage clinical stakeholders.
• Mentor and coach clinical team members.
• Support bid defense and clinical operation plans.
