Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life sciences or related field is required.
• 7+ years of clinical research experience including 4+ years in project management is required.
• Broad knowledge of clinical trial conduct and regulatory requirements (ICH GCP, local laws).
• Strong English communication and presentation skills; ability to negotiate with customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead bid defense preparations and presentations with Business Development for multi-country studies.
• Develop integrated study management plans with the core project team.
• Oversee delivery of medium to large, multi-regional studies and ensure contract compliance.
• Monitor progress and proactively present project information to stakeholders.
• Manage risks, contingencies, and change control; drive issue resolution.
• Mentor junior team members and support staff development.
