Responsabilités

• Manage patient flow, triage, and direct patient care.
• Liaise between front desk, nursing staff, physicians, and clinic manager.
• Coordinate patient goals and resource utilization with providers.
• Provide nursing support to optimize outcomes and education.
• Educate patients and families about plan of care and medications.
• Document assessments and plans in EMR; ensure accuracy.
