Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage patient flow, triage, and direct patient care.
• Coordinate communication between front desk, nursing staff, physicians, and clinic manager.
• Support continuity of care and patient education.
• Document and track orders using EMR; notify physicians of results.
• Assist in coordinating care after hospital discharge and ER visits.
