Job summary

Fairview Hospital / Cleveland Clinic in Naperville, IL seeks a Registered Nurse for the Infusion Clinic to deliver safe, compassionate care, develop and evaluate care plans, and collaborate with the healthcare team.

Qualifications

• RN with oncology/infusion nursing experience preferred.

Role:

Registered Nurse, Infusion Clinic

Responsibilities:

Deliver safe, compassionate nursing care by developing, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans; collaborating with healthcare team members; assessing patients; providing education tailored to individual needs; supporting disease management and community resources; participating in performance improvement and research activities; assisting with technical procedures such as venipuncture, injections, and IV management; and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing; at least 1 year of RN experience (preferably in oncology/infusion nursing); current Illinois RN licensure; BLS/CPR certification; OCN/ONS certification preferred; strong communication, assessment, and patient education skills; ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Key Duties:

Plan and evaluate patient outcomes; communicate effectively with patients, families, and medical staff; individualize patient education; participate in professional development; support clinical excellence through evidence-based practices; and assist with patient transportation when necessary.
