The Nurses Oncology/Hematology Registered Nurse (RN) delivers expert oncology care with advanced knowledge to patients and families. This open continuous announcement accepts applications as vacancies arise.

The role emphasizes chemotherapy/immunotherapy administration, patient education, and coordination of interdisciplinary care. Ideal candidates will hold an active US RN license, BSN preferred, and oncology certification with documented chemotherapy experience.

Qualifications

English language proficiency
Graduate of a nursing program accredited by a recognized body
Current, full, active RN license in the United States or District of Columbia
State board licensure required upon appointment and conversion to permanent status
Foreign education acceptable with degree equivalency validation where applicable

Responsibilities

Assess patients pre-, during-, and post-treatment for oncology care.
Administer chemotherapy/immunotherapy, IV fluids, electrolytes, and blood products.
Review labs and monitor for treatment-related adverse effects.
Provide patient and family education about disease, treatments, and side effects.
Coordinate referrals to dieticians, social workers, or speech-language pathologists.
Perform duties using CPRS and other patient documentation systems.
Ensure safe handling of chemotherapy and adherence to safety protocols.
Support transition of care and educate patients for self-management after discharge
