Job summary

REGIONAL CANCER CARE ASSOCIATES LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide primary oncology care, including assessment, treatment planning, education, and care evaluation in an outpatient setting.

The role requires chemotherapy administration, IV therapy, and strong knowledge of nursing processes, HIPAA, OSHA, and ONS guidelines to deliver high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in good standing with the State of New Jersey, BSN preferred.
• Minimum two years professional nursing experience, outpatient clinic preferred.
• Experience with oncology, chemotherapy administration, and related safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary nursing care, assessments, care planning, and patient education.
• Perform chemotherapy administration and IV/biologic therapies per guidelines.
• Document care thoroughly in patient records and maintain HIPAA/privacy standards.
• Conduct telephone triage and coordinate with physicians for urgent cases.
• Maintain safety and infection control per OSHA and ONS guidelines.
