Job summary

Texas Oncology is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our Flower Mound/Lewisville Castle Hills team. This full-time role supports patient care under direct supervision, with exams, procedures, and efficient patient flow in a clinical setting.

The ideal candidate has CMA certification and 0–5 years of MA experience with BCLS, CPR preferred for senior levels. Mon-Fri schedule, no weekends or major holidays, LTIP opportunities, and robust benefits package are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CMA certification preferred.
• BCLS certification required within 3 months of hire.
• CPR certification required for Sr level.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to and from exam rooms and treatment areas.
• Record vital signs, height/weight, allergies and medication changes.
• Prepare and stock exam/treatment rooms; maintain supplies.
• Assist physicians with exams and procedures.
• Administer subcutaneous and intramuscular injections as delegated.
• Maintain infection control and room disinfection protocols.
• Answer patient calls and refer to physician or nurse as needed.
• Enter orders under a provider's direction when appropriate.
