Job summary

Aultman Health Foundation is seeking a Patient Care Technician to support the patient care team on Memorial 6 South. You will perform direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, assist with activities of daily living, and collect specimens per physician orders.

Responsibilities include documenting care in Cerner, assisting with transfers and discharges, and ensuring patient safety through hourly rounding and vigilant observation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS certification required for patient care.
• Ability to follow physician orders and established procedures.
