Job summary

Trinity Health in Minot, ND seeks an Oncology Manager to lead and oversee oncology patient care, ensuring safe, high-quality, patient-centered services across the program. The role requires collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate cancer care delivery and support continuity of care.

You will supervise staff, monitor quality metrics, manage staffing and budgets, and promote a positive work environment aligned with Trinity Health’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• Current or temporary RN license in ND or compact RN licensure.
• BLS certification required.
• OCN certification or required within 18 months.
• Chemotherapy/Biotherapy certification or required within 6 months.
• Minimum of 3 years oncology nursing practice strongly preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily oncology patient care operations to ensure quality, safety, and consistency with established clinical standards.
• Supervise, coach, and evaluate oncology staff, supporting performance management, staff engagement, and professional development.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate oncology care delivery and support continuity of care.
• Monitor quality metrics, patient safety indicators, and compliance requirements, implementing improvements as needed.
• Manage departmental staffing, scheduling, supplies, and equipment within approved budgetary guidelines.
