BSN preferred.**Experience Requirements:*** Minimum of 3 years oncology nursing practice strongly preferred.* Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred.**Special Skills or Training Requirements:*** Good communication skills.* Computer skills.* Central line access.**Physical Requirements:**The Oncology Manager regularly stands, walks, and moves throughout the oncology care areas while providing leadership oversight and participating in clinical activities as needed. Adequate vision, hearing, and communication abilities are required to assess unit activity, review clinical documentation, and interact effectively with staff, patients, and providers.**Environmental Requirements:**This position works primarily in an oncology clinical environment with routine exposure to patients undergoing cancer treatment, including infusion and procedural care settings. The role may involve exposure to infectious diseases, blood or body fluids, chemotherapy agents, medical equipment, alarms, and cleaning chemicals, requiring strict adherence to safety, PPE, and hazardous drug handling protocols.
