You will lead frontline nursing teams, support patient-centered care for oncology patients, and partner with physicians and care teams to ensure safety, quality, and optimal patient experiences.

The role requires BSN, CT RN license, and 2–3 years acute care nursing with prior leadership preferred; you will coordinate staffing, supervise staff, and help drive

Qualifications

• BSN required and CT RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 2–3 years of acute care nursing experience.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontline nursing staff and support daily unit operations.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, patient throughput, and resources.
• Supervise and coach nursing and support staff to ensure quality care.
• Support safe administration of chemotherapy, blood products, and oncology treatments.
• Promote safety, quality, accountability, and patient experience in oncology care.
