Job summary

Minnesota Oncology is seeking a skilled oncology nurse to join our team in Burnsville. You will provide comprehensive nursing care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and support patients and families throughout treatment.

The role requires RN licensure, BLS certification, and at least five years of nursing experience with oncology exposure; BSN preferred. You will mentor junior staff and contribute to ongoing clinical education in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Qualifications

• RN license required and current registration with the State Board of Nursing.
• BSN degree preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care adhering to national and company standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for assessment and management of patient needs.
• Assist physicians during exams and procedures; coordinate care and referrals.
• Triages patient calls and documents information in charts.
• Mentor and support less experienced nurses; participate in ongoing education.
