PeaceHealth is seeking an RN Care Coordinator Outpatient - Oncology for a Part Time, 0.80 FTE, Day position. The salary range for this job opening at PeaceHealth is $48.52 – $72.78.

The hiring rate is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to education, training, work experience, terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement, seniority, etc. Hours:0800-1700 Coordinates and oversees the plan of care and service of selected outpatient populations across the continuum

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license in state of practice
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Ambulatory/clinic nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the plan of care across outpatient populations
• Lead interdisciplinary team to optimize clinical, financial, and satisfaction outcomes
• Monitor utilization of health care resources and promote efficient care
• Perform duties as assigned
