Job summary

Olympic Medical Center is seeking a Medical Oncology Nurse Coordinator for the Cancer Center in Sequim. You will support outpatient oncology care, coordinate nursing activities, and educate patients and families.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing is required.
• BSN or equivalent nursing degree preferred.
• Current Washington State RN license required.

Responsibilities

• Works under the direction of the Medical Oncologist in outpatient practice to coordinate patient care.
• Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates nursing care for oncology patients.
• Provides coordination of patient care and participates in patient and family teaching.
• Maintains standards for professional nursing and promotes the Cancer Center image.
