Redirect Health is hiring an Oncology Coordinator in Phoenix to support members through the cancer care continuum. You will act as the primary advocate, coordinating chemotherapy, radiation, and surgical oncology, and ensuring coverage aligns with treatment plans.

You will partner with care teams, educate members on resources, and maintain accurate EMR records while delivering compassionate, patient-centered support to families.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and patient-centered care are essential.
• 1-2 years of case management, customer service, or related experience is required.
• 1-2+ years of oncology/surgery coordination experience is preferred.
