Job summary

Sanofi Genzyme is seeking an Area Business Manager for oncology in the Mississippi territory. You will drive annual sales objectives through strategic territory planning and strong relationships with hematologists, oncologists and other key customers.

In this role you will promote the oncology portfolio, coordinate with field partners, complete reports, and ensure compliance with all guidelines while traveling to daily meetings and events. A BA/BS is required with pharma-sales experience.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; business or life science preferred.
• Minimum two years pharma sales or related healthcare experience.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Willingness to drive and visit daily meetings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quarterly updated territory plans aligned with marketing strategies.
• Leverage Hematologists and Oncologists as key customers to execute business plans.
• Promote product information and disease state knowledge to drive appropriate use of the oncology portfolio.
• Collaborate with Oncology Transplant Network Manager and other ABMs to ensure strategy pull-through.
• Complete call reports, plan updates and expense reports; comply with pharma guidelines.
• Implement effective account targeting and time management tactics.
• Attend required trainings, conventions and symposia as necessary.
• Maintain safe driving record and complete fleet safety training.
