Job summary

Sanofi is seeking an Area Business Manager Oncology for the Mississippi region to drive annual sales goals by building strong relationships with hematologists, oncologists and other care providers. You will develop territory plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and use Sanofi Genzyme resources to promote the oncology portfolio and identify eligible patients.

A BA/BS and 2 years pharma sales experience are required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree from an accredited school required.
• Minimum two years of pharma sales experience OR related healthcare experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to think strategically.

Responsibilities

• Develop and utilize a business plan aligned with marketing strategies through territory analysis and customer insights.
• Implement business plans by leveraging resources with hematologists, oncologists and other key customers.
• Develop product, disease state and marketplace expertise.
• Communicate and position product information to promote oncology portfolio within territory.
• Collaborate with field partners to ensure strategy pull-through with IDNs and community accounts.
• Complete call reporting, plan updates and expense reports.
• Operate within pharma compliance guidelines.
• Attend training sessions, conventions and symposia as necessary.
• Maintain driving record and complete fleet safety training.
