Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess the physical and psychosocial status of patients through interviews and exams.
• Write prescriptions and orders based on labs and protocols.
• Determine eligibility for clinical trial entry based on findings.
• Interpret test results and communicate plans to the physician.
• Provide on-call coverage and participate in rounds as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records per HIPAA and policy.
