Job summary

Intermountain Health in Denver, CO is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider- Medical Oncology to join the hematology/oncology team at St. Joseph Cancer Center.

You will conduct hematology consultations with physicians, manage chemotherapy patients, and support infusion center care during clinic hours. Applicants should have an APRN or PA-C degree, CO license (or ability to obtain), BLS, DEA, and prescriptive authority.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year NP/PA experience, oncology preferred.
• Current BLS, DEA, and full prescriptive authority.
• Unrestricted CO NP/PA license or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new hematology consults in partnership with physician.
• Perform follow-up visits for hematology patients and monitor chemotherapy-related side effects.
• Care for patients in the Infusion Center and round at the hospital as needed.
