Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb Co. seeks a Sr. Director, TA Lead to own analytics strategy for a global oncology portfolio and to lead a team of analytics professionals across geographies. You will influence trial timelines, budgeting, and quality while driving data-driven decisions across TAIP.

You will partner with TA medical, clinical, and operational leadership, mentor analytics talent, and elevate analytics standards to deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant field (MBA, MSc, MPH, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent).
• 10+ years in management consulting, trial analytics, or clinical strategy.
• Deep experience in Oncology or related fields.
• Proven ability to lead teams and engage with senior stakeholders.
• Experience delivering under tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of analysts and oversee performance management and coaching.
• Lead the analytics strategy and execution across a global portfolio of oncology trials.
• Coach study-level analytics leads and align with enterprise priorities.
• Track delivery progress across trials and escalate risks to milestones.
• Shape trial strategy, feasibility, and portfolio planning with data-driven insights.
