Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a senior TA Lead for Trial Analytics, Insights, and Planning (TAIP) in Cambridge. You will guide analytics strategy for a global oncology portfolio, oversee a team of analytics professionals, and partner with TA leadership to shape trial feasibility, forecasting, and delivery timing.

You will influence senior stakeholders, translate data into strategic recommendations, and drive innovations in analytics standards across trials.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in management consulting, trial analytics, or clinical strategy.
• Deep experience in Oncology or related fields.
• Proven ability to lead teams and engage with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of analysts, including performance management and day-to-day support.
• Lead the analytics strategy and execution across a global portfolio of oncology trials.
• Coach study-level analytics leads and act as a strategic sounding board.
• Track delivery progress across trials and escalate risks.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to TA leadership on trial strategy and feasibility.
• Promote cross-trial consistency and innovation in forecasting and analytics.
