Qualifications

• 10+ years in management consulting, trial analytics, or clinical strategy.
• Direct experience with clinical trial feasibility, enrollment forecasting, and operational analytics.
• Deep experience in Oncology or related fields.
• Proven ability to lead teams and engage with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics strategy and execution across a global portfolio of oncology trials.
• Manage and coach analytics professionals across multiple levels and geographies.
• Guide study-level analytics leads and align delivery with trial milestones.
• Develop forecasting models, dashboards, and site feasibility tools to support decisions.
