Banner Health seeks a Registry/Per Diem Registered Nurse for Oncology Ambulatory in Mesa, AZ. You will work with physicians and the care team to evaluate patient health, medical history, and treatment plans, while supporting a positive patient experience.

The role involves day shifts, with 40 hours per week to cover LOA, and opportunities to join internal paths. Ideal candidates hold an active RN license with BLS, and have or are pursuing oncology ambulatory experience.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in state of practice with active status.
• BLS certification required; oncology ambulatory experience preferred.
• Completion of post-offer health screenings may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health needs and collaborate on care plans.
• Coordinate discharge planning and patient education with care team.
• Administer and monitor nursing care per physician orders.
• Document findings and communicate changes to physicians.
• Support continuous improvement and mentoring within the team.
