Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan/reassess nursing care.
• Formulate and adjust plan of care with the multidisciplinary team.
• Coordinate care and discharge planning with the care team.
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and families.
• Document care accurately and timely in the patient record.
• Supervise and mentor other staff as needed.
• Engage in quality improvement and evidence-based practice.
• Collaborate with physicians and specialists to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
