Job summary

Rocky Mountain Cancer Centers in Lakewood, CO is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join its busy oncology clinic. You will deliver comprehensive cancer care, collaborating with oncologists and the care team to ensure timely, high-quality patient-centered services.

This fast-paced role requires strong clinical judgment and communication, with a $20,000 sign-on and salary range of $110,000–$150,000, plus a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Nurse Practitioner MSN from an accredited nursing school with a NP program completion; typically 3+ years in the specialty; RN license and current state Board of Nursing registration; BLS/CPR.
• OR Physician Assistant with accredited PA program, NCCPA, 3+ years experience, PA license in practicing state, BLS/CPR.
• OR Clinical Nurse Specialist with MSN and CNS program; 3+ years experience; RN license and CNS license; AOCNS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care.
• Initiates and documents interventions; prescribes therapies as indicated.
• Performs procedures with minimal supervision.
• Assesses patient/family needs and provides education.
• Promotes wellness and community resources for patients and families.
• Incorporates evidence-based research into clinical practice.
• Manages documentation and charge capture; supports case management.
