Qualifications

• Master's degree required for PA or NP.
• State license as PA or NP required.
• Experience as PA/NP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct care, counseling, and teaching to a designated patient population in the inpatient setting.
• Performs complete histories and physical examinations.
• Orders, interprets, and evaluates laboratory and diagnostic tests.
• Develops plans of care and follow-up based on test results.
• Orders medications and writes prescriptions per policies.
• Maintains high-quality documentation (admission, progress, procedure, discharge).
• Performs bedside procedures as appropriate.
