Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
- Current licensure and certification consistent with state and institutional requirements.
Responsabilités
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including histories and physical examinations.
- Develop, implement, and manage treatment plans in collaboration with attending physicians.
- Coordinate diagnostic testing, review laboratory, pathology, and radiology results, and communicate findings to patients.
- Manage oncology patients receiving local and systemic therapies.
- Monitor treatment response, address complex symptom management needs, and ensure continuity of care.
- Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and supportive care needs.
