The Brigham and Women's Hospital, Inc. is seeking a Nurse Practitioner with hematology expertise to support patient care at the Mass General Brigham Hematology division.

You will collaborate with physicians to deliver high-quality outpatient and inpatient care across multiple sites, including the main campus, Faulkner Hospital, and DFCI locations. Candidates should hold an MSN with NP certification (FNP/ACNP), prescriptive authority, and experience in ambulatory hematology and chronic disease

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of APP experience in ambulatory healthcare.
• Three (3) years of classical hematology experience.
• Three (3) years of ongoing, long term management of chronic diseases.
• Experience with clinical or translational research preferred.

Responsabilités

• Functions as a clinical team member delivering care to a panel of patients and responsibility for planning, implementation, coordination and evaluation of their care.
• Provides patient care and management to patients with hematologic diagnoses in collaboration with physicians.
• Triages referrals and patient messages, assists in routine and urgent patient care management.
• Demonstrates autonomy in assessment, dosing and plan of care with collaborating MD.
• Works Monday to Friday; hybrid schedule possible.
