Mass General Brigham Cancer Institute (MGBCI) seeks a Medical Oncology Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to join a multidisciplinary oncology team across our Boston academic medical centers. This role emphasizes collaborative patient care and ongoing education within a leading cancer program.

You will deliver comprehensive care, develop treatment plans, coordinate diagnostics, engage in clinical research, and support access to innovative therapies in a dynamic academic setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Current licensure and certification consistent with state and institutional requirements.
• Two or more years of advanced practice experience preferred.
• Medical oncology experience preferred.
• Prior oncology RN experience for NP candidates preferred.
• Proficiency with Epic and other electronic medical record systems.
• Experience managing Epic In-Basket workflows and telemedicine visits.
• Familiarity with clinical trials and research protocols.

Responsabilités

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and histories.
• Develop, implement, and manage treatment plans with attending physicians.
• Coordinate diagnostic testing and review lab, pathology, and radiology results.
• Manage oncology patients receiving local and systemic therapies.
• Monitor treatment response and address complex symptom management needs.
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, medications, and supportive care.
