Job summary

Starling Oncology in Daytona Beach, FL is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to deliver patient-centered cancer care in a collaborative, value-driven team.

You will perform exams, manage treatment plans, document thoroughly in EMR, and coordinate with physicians and other clinicians. Oncology experience is preferred but not required; national certification required upon employment.

This role offers base salary with semi-annual bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing.
• Certificate of completion from NP or PA program.
• Current and unrestricted license to practice.
• Oncology experience preferred but not required.
• National Certification required upon employment (Nurse Practitioners).

Responsibilities

• Document patient information and visit history in the EMR.
• Conduct in-depth patient interviews and develop medical histories.
• Order or perform diagnostic studies and interpret results.
• Develop and implement treatment plans.
• Perform procedures such as bone marrow biopsy.
• Counsel patients and families about prevention and treatments.
• Write medication orders after physician countersignature.
• Record progress and update charts; notify physicians of changes.
• Maintain hospital privileges for on-call support.
