Job summary

Starling Oncology is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a leading oncology team in California. You will perform exams, manage treatment side effects, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary care team to optimize patient outcomes.

The role requires an NP or PA license, a Master's in nursing, and national certification; oncology experience is preferred. The position offers a base salary plus semi-annual bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing required.
• Current and unrestricted NP or PA license.
• National certification required upon employment (NP).
• Oncology experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical examinations and manage common cancer treatment complications.
• Counsel patients and families; monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with the health care team; order and interpret diagnostic studies.
• Develop and implement treatment plans; document care in EMR.
• Coordinate care with hospital privileges for on-call coverage.
