Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited NP or PA program.
• Current Delaware RN licensure and state NP/PA certification.
• ANCC or AANP certification with ongoing CME requirements.

Responsibilities

• Patient assessments with focused history and exam, informing physicians as needed.
• Interpretation of diagnostics with prioritization and time management.
• Maintain confidential documentation with justification for therapies and reimbursement.
• Collaborate with attending physicians to develop a comprehensive plan of care.
• Perform clinical treatments and make referrals when appropriate.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, families and coworkers.
• Provide patient education on drugs and management of side effects; participate in staff education.
• Participate in cancer center clinical trials and track volumes, revenue, progress.
• Engage in performance improvement activities and other duties as assigned.
