Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
• Experience in oncology as provider or nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs comprehensive assessments for oncology/hematology patients.
• Manage complex oncology/hematology patients including side effects, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Provide primary clinical support for the infusion center including triage and coordinated care.
• Develop survivorship care plans and coordinate referrals to palliative care when appropriate.
• Educate patients and families regarding diagnosis, goals of therapy, and treatment-related side effects.
