Job summary

Beebe Healthcare is seeking a clinically competent advanced practitioner (PA or NP) to deliver comprehensive oncology/hematology care across the continuum, in collaboration with medical oncologists.

You will perform assessments, manage side effects and infusion reactions, develop survivorship plans, coordinate referrals, and educate patients and families. The role includes inpatient/outpatient coverage and rotating after-hours call.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
• Oncology experience as provider or nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs comprehensive assessments for oncology/hematology patients.
• Manages complex oncology/hematology patients including side effects, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Provides primary clinical support for the infusion center and manages infusion reactions.
• Develops survivorship care plans for curable cancer patients and initiates referrals to palliative care.
• Communicates with patients, families, and the oncology team to coordinate care.
