Tanner Health in Carrollton, GA seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for Oncology Acute Care on the day shift. The role includes patient assessment, care planning, and supervising other RNs and staff in alignment with the nurse practice act.

Requirements include a Georgia RN license, CPR, ACLS/NRP/PALS as required by unit, and 12-hour shifts 7a-7p with every other weekend and holidays per policy. A $20,000 sign-on bonus is available for external hires with two years RN experience.

Formación

• RN license in GA (or multi-state license) is required.
• ACLS certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire for relevant units.
• NRP certification required within 1 year of hire.
• PALS certification required within 1 year of hire in PACU.
• SCIPP required within 90 days of hire into Willowbrooke.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patient needs and plan/implement care.
• Supervise RNs, LPNs, and other staff in nursing tasks.
• Evaluate effectiveness of care and modify plans as needed.
