Tanner Health in Carrollton, GA is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care, assess needs, and supervise RNs, LPNs, and assistive personnel in accordance with the state nurse practice act.

This full-time night shift position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus for external hires with two years of critical care experience and requires ACLS/NRP/PALS with specified timelines and a Georgia RN license or Multistate license.

Formación

• Georgia RN license or Multistate Nursing License.
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS within 6 months of hire.
• NRP within 12 months for Nursery and L&D.
• PALS within 12 months for PACU.
• SCIPP certification within 90 days for Willowbrooke.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patient needs and plan and implement care.
• Supervise other RNs, LPNs and assistive personnel.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of care provided.
