Job summary

Tanner is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) - Oncology Acute Care (Days) in Carrollton, GA. The role features a $20,000 sign-on bonus for external hires with RN experience. The position is full-time, day shift, and non-remote.

The RN will supervise RNs and assistive staff, assess patient needs, plan and implement care, and evaluate outcomes in line with the state nurse practice act. Licensure and CPR are required; ACLS/NRP/PALS are expected within specified timeframes.

Qualifications

• Georgia RN license and active state licensure required.
• ACLS within 6 months of hire into ED, ICU, Surgery, PACU, L&D, SSU if GI call.
• NRP within one year of hire into Nursery and L&D.
• PALS within one year of hire in PACU.
• SCIPP required within 90 days of hire into Willowbrooke.
• Healthcare Provider CPR (or CPR) certification required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• The RN performs nursing functions and supervises other RNs, LPNs, and assistive personnel.
• Assesses patient needs, plans and implements care, and evaluates outcomes per the nurse practice act.
