Job summary

Hologic, Inc. is seeking an Oncology Account Specialist to drive regional account sales, service, and support for Breast Cancer Index and CancerTYPE ID. You will bridge Hologic with oncology practices to ensure adoption and satisfaction.

The role involves building relationships, extensive travel (70%+), and clear communication with internal teams. A bachelor’s degree and sales experience are required; a driving license is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Grow, maintain and support existing customers with assigned team.
• Build relationships with key personnel at oncology accounts to facilitate growth.
• Co travel/solo travel within designated areas representing Hologic Oncology products and open territories.
• Daily communication with internal stakeholders.
• Be expert in internal processes including provider portal, test ordering, billing, etc.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by supporting logistics, onboarding, and troubleshooting orders.
• Become experts on all Hologic Oncology products.
• Utilize and maintain internal reports and data.
• Assist in building reports/presentations for key customers.
• Serve as post-sale contact with client services, medical affairs, and billing.
