Job summary

Wexner Medical Center in Columbus, OH seeks a Nurse Program Coordinator for Fertility Preservation to coordinate access to fertility counseling and services for cancer patients through the James and affiliated programs.

You will liaison with patients, oncology teams, oncofertility providers, and external REI clinics, manage referrals and scheduling, and support education and navigation across survivorship and AYA care initiatives.

Qualifications

• BSN with active RN license required.
• 0 years of relevant experience required.
• 2 years of relevant experience preferred (oncology, women’s health, reproductive endocrinology, or AYA care).
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Experience in developing programming and classes; working with groups and group facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between patients, oncology teams, and REI clinics.
• Oversee referral pathways, scheduling, patient record transfer, and logistical support for fertility care.
• Coordinate with social work and financial counseling for insurance and resources.
• Develop patient education materials and staff training related to oncofertility.
