Job summary

Kraken is building the next generation of onchain financial products within the Onchain Product team. The role focuses on bridging crypto, DeFi, and traditional finance to deliver intuitive, accessible experiences across Kraken Pro and Consumer.

You will shape the hybrid roadmap, lead end-to-end product lifecycle, and drive key metrics using data and experimentation. This is a consumer-focused, intellectually challenging role with a strong emphasis on cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven track record shipping consumer products from ideation to GTM and iteration.
• On-chain experience required; familiarity with on-chain ecosystems strongly preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to align competing priorities.
• Cross-functional social intelligence to coordinate teams and navigate dynamics.
• Experience advocating for product roadmaps in a consumer environment.
• Experience negotiating with external vendors, partners, or ecosystem participants.
• Strong communication across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Technical fluency; comfortable working with engineers but not required to be deepest expert.
• Obsession with a consumer-first product sense and data-driven problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Kraken's hybridization across Kraken Pro and Consumer.
• Shape and drive the broader onchain hybrid roadmap.
• Work across Pro and Consumer, ensuring cross-functional alignment and prioritization.
• Drive cross-functional execution across Engineering, Design, Growth, Security, Operations, and others.
• Partner with internal teams and ecosystem partners to evaluate integrations and expand capabilities.
• Make complex on-chain experiences simple, intuitive, and accessible.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Define and own key product metrics, using data and experimentation for improvement.
