• Coordinate and facilitate New Hire Orientation with cross-functional coordination (HR, Talent Acquisition, Security, IT).
• Manage end-to-end onboarding logistics: site access, technology provisioning, workspace setup, training coordination.
• Lead onboarding activities for new hires and visiting staff with process guidance and consistent site experience.
• Maintain onboarding and training materials with content owners; ensure current and accessible.
• Provide administrative support to site leadership: calendar, meetings, communications, presentations.
• Organize stakeholder meetings; document key decisions and track action items.
• Prepare site communications, reports, and project updates.
