Job summary

Numeral is seeking an Onboarding Team Lead to transform onboarding from high-touch to scalable, tech-enabled. You’ll oversee a team of 10+ Implementation Managers and own a book of ~10 accounts, coaching from first-hand experience.

You’ll drive time-to-value, build scalable playbooks, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to incorporate frontline insights as Numeral grows beyond initial compliance. This is a high-impact leadership role in a fast-growing startup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in implementation/onboarding/operations.
• 2+ years leading teams through high-growth phases.
• Experience using AI to improve workflows.
• Ability to discuss APIs and data migrations.
• Proven ability to build scalable processes.
• Strong ownership and accountability.
• Excellent cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead ~10 customer implementations end-to-end.
• Coach a high-performing team of 10+ managers.
• Own hiring, onboarding, and training.
• Develop scalable playbooks and internal tools.
• Partner with Product/Engineering for feedback loop.
• Define future onboarding strategy as product expands.
