Job summary

The University of Georgia in the Athens area seeks a Talent Management Coordinator to lead onboarding and employee integration initiatives within the Division of Development and Alumni Relations.

Working with Talent Management, hiring managers and divisional leadership, the role designs and administers programs that foster successful employee transitions, strengthen engagement, and support long‑term retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of professional experience required.
• Experience in human resources, talent management, onboarding, or related fields preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, events, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and transition activities for strategic positions.
• Coordinate division-wide onboarding and employee integration programs.
• Facilitate DAR new employee engagement and learning initiatives.
• Support Talent Management initiatives and special projects.

Education
