Job summary

The role coordinates drug screenings, background checks, safety trainings, and client-specific onboarding requirements to ensure timely start dates and compliance. The position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple priorities, and excellent communication with hiring managers and candidates

Qualifications

• Experience in HR, recruiting, onboarding, or administrative support.
• Proficiency with DISA for screening and compliance monitoring is preferred.
• Experience coordinating safety trainings and site-specific orientations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Coordinate pre-employment requirements and onboarding activities.
• Schedule and track drug screenings, background checks, and safety trainings.
• Maintain confidential records and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
• Provide responsive candidate and employee support throughout recruitment and onboarding.
