Job summary

Nelnet is seeking an Onboarding Success Advisor I to help customers adopt FACTS software smoothly. You will answer questions, deliver training, provide follow-up support, and manage onboarding for institutions across the FACTS product suite. This role includes hybrid work options and requires U.S. work authorization.

No visa sponsorship. Salary range $40,000–$45,000 annually. Preferred hours are 7:30-6pm CT, Mon-Fri; no overtime or travel.

Qualifications

• Three years of onboarding or product service experience.
• Experience delivering excellent client service.
• FACTS Financial or SIS end-user experience preferred.
• CRM and project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide onboarding support for FACTS products and services to institutions.
• Contact institutions to follow up on the training plan.
• Provide phone support for onboarding queue and support other FACTS areas as needed.
• Coordinate with FACTS teams to ensure smooth onboarding transitions.
• Conduct online training with institutions and new contacts on products.
