Nelnet, Inc. is seeking an Onboarding Success Advisor I in Lincoln, NE. The role focuses on ensuring successful adoption of FACTS products, delivering training, and providing follow-up support during the first year of use.

A hybrid work arrangement is offered, with standard business hours and no travel requirement. Ideal candidates have an associate degree or equivalent experience, with 3+ years in product service or onboarding, plus CRM and project management exposure.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in related field (bachelor’s preferred) or equivalent professional experience.
• Three years of experience in product service or onboarding preferred.
• FACTS Financial or SIS end-user experience preferred.
• CRM project management experience preferred.
• Project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide onboarding support to institutions implementing FACTS products/services.
• Coordinate training and follow-up in line with training plans.
• Offer phone support and back-up for FACTS Operations as needed.
• Collaborate with Sales and other FACTS teams to improve customer experience.
• Document processes and contribute to training materials.
