About the role

To continue our growth, we are looking for a Onboarding Specialist with German to join our team!

As an Onboarding Specialist, you will take ownership of the customer upon subscription, guiding them through account and connection setup. After setup, you will maintain ownership of the customer relationship, following up regularly to upsell product features and plans.

How will you make an impact?

  • Onboard new customers by assisting them in setting up their Lodgify accounts, connections, and providing training via phone calls and screen-sharing sessions.
  • Understand customer objectives and potential to correctly set up their accounts and support them throughout their customer journey.
  • Provide a consultative approach to ensure proper utilization of Lodgify.
  • Analyze the customer base and proactively work with your pipeline to improve adoption and drive upgrades or upsells.
  • Gather customer feedback regarding bugs, improvements, and new functionalities, and relay this to the Product team.
  • Collaborate with other departments (Sales, Support, Product, etc.) to maximize value for customers.

What makes you a great fit?

  • At least 1 year of experience as an account manager or onboarding specialist in a high-growth SaaS environment, or a recent graduate with a relevant degree.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to fully understand our software.
  • Native or near-native proficiency in German and English.
  • Experience negotiating and handling commercial conversations in a consultative manner.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Fast learner, capable of keeping up in a fast-growing environment.
  • Experience in the vacation rental software industry is preferred.
