Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year in administrative, HR, onboarding or classroom instruction.
• Experience in a fast-paced administrative environment.
• Strong organizational, communications and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software.

Responsibilities

• Lead new employee orientation and onboarding processes.
• Coordinate pre-assignment requirements and employment documents.
• Assist with screening and interviewing activities as needed.
• Support with applicant tracking and hiring reports.
• Manage WinTeam entry and new hire data; print badges.
